With using the GO SMART WiFi system we have collected more customer’s emails and cell phone numbers in a 1 week period than what we have traditionally done within 1 month using traditional paper customer comment cards plus all the saved time and energy.
With utilizing the marketing services of GO and its SMART WiFi, Email, SMS and Social media services the 2nd annual 2018 Ft. Lauderdale Taco Battle & Craft Beer Fest had a successful turnout with an estimated attendance of over 12k people the event sponsors for additional exposure through the FREE WiFi and all the following email and SMS marketing campaigns the following days after the event with over 3000 connections.

When Comcast notified us that they were going to cancel our WiFi services for the business because customers were downloading illegal movies though our FREE WiFi we were lucky enough that we had the GO SMART WiFi platform and was able to look up the customers who downloaded the movies and permanently block them from using our FREE Wifi as well as easily cap the allowed time and download size to stop this from happening again. When talking with Comcast business services again they were pleased to know we had this type of service and that we were able to stop this from happening again.
